Digital delivery

Rewards are issued to the Steam account used at checkout. Character-bound items require an active JVS X character and are delivered when that character connects. Custom work begins after staff confirm its scope with the buyer.

All purchases are final

Every completed purchase is final and non-refundable. JVS X does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or payment reversals for any reason after payment is completed. This includes mistaken purchases, account restrictions, unused rewards, dissatisfaction, changed circumstances, subscription payments already collected, and commissioned work.

Chargebacks

Initiating a payment chargeback permanently bans the Steam account tied to that payment from the JVS X community. PayPal dispute notifications are processed automatically and the account is permanently banned from the game server as well. Paid ban amnesty cannot remove a chargeback ban.

Memberships

VIP memberships renew through PayPal until cancelled. Cancellation prevents future renewals; it does not refund payments already completed. Membership access ends with the paid billing period after cancellation.

Ban amnesty

Temporary Ban Amnesty applies only to an active temporary TAS ban on the purchasing Steam account. Permanent bans, including chargeback bans, are never eligible.

Delivery problems

If an automatic reward fails, contact community staff so the original purchase can be verified and delivered. A delivery problem does not create a refund right; staff will correct the missing entitlement on the linked account.
